Company registry data,
made accessible
CompanyLens aggregates public records from government registries across 16 jurisdictions into a single, clean API — so you can look up companies, officers, and ownership structures without navigating a dozen different portals.
Why we built this
Public company data exists everywhere — but it's fragmented, inconsistent, and painfully hard to use programmatically. Every jurisdiction has its own portal, its own schema, its own quirks.
CompanyLens was built out of that frustration. We believed that if you want to look up a company registered in Norway, verify a director in Ireland, or trace beneficial ownership in the UK, you shouldn't need to learn five different APIs. You should make one call.
Who we are
CompanyLens was founded by Dylan Budgen, a software engineer with a background in data engineering and financial services. The platform grew from a personal need: a single, reliable source for cross-jurisdiction company data.

How we source the data
Every record traces back to an official government registry. We don't resell third-party data or make estimates.
Official sources only
Every record comes directly from a government registry. No scraping, no third-party aggregators — just the primary source, normalised into a unified schema.
One schema, all jurisdictions
Every company returns the same data schema. Build your integration once and it works across all 16 jurisdictions.
Updated daily
New incorporations and officer changes appear as soon as the source registry publishes. We run continuous ingestion pipelines, not monthly bulk updates.
